The Electric Transmission Company, S.A. (ETESA) successfully completed the first day of meetings with potential institutional investors in the city of London, United Kingdom. This series of meetings is part of the marketing process for the issuance of international bonds that would be carried out to refinance short-term debt for long-term debt.
"We have held six (6) meetings with nine (9) of the most important fund managers in Europe based in London, who were offered the details about the potential bond issue and the most relevant characteristics of the business model of our company, "said Gilberto Ferrari, general manager of ETESA.
This first session is part of the tour carried out by the Transmission company, which continues immediately on Tuesday, April 16, in New York City, United States and will cover five cities.
